88 YJ-CJ Interior Firewall Paint!
Work continues on the other side of the firewall...as a reminder, the previous owner had sprayed the entire interior with a black, rubberized undercoating. The undercoating was very, very rough and very, very dark. So it had to go!
We could have prepped the floor another week, but enough is enough. A few extra holes got welded shut, and then it got epoxy primer:
I greatly improved the spray gun settings, so the paint quality is much better. Spraying outside will never give the best results, so my goal is just to do the best that I can. It won't be perfect.
After my last update, I got some grief for showing Chase holding a vacuum cleaner, and saying that he's "been really helpful". So here's a better action shot:

I had to get the Jeep back together to prevent any hate mail from my HOA. I like the red cowl stripe! 😃
