Jeepster - NP241c SYE, etc

Not much progress recently, but small victories are still victories!

I finished up the wheeled frame to (finally!) make a rolling drivetrain cart:


The casters are from a Harbor Freight moving dolly.  250lbs each, which should be okay for my limited use.








Then I did a quick test fit of the NP241c transfer case, which went fine.  I'm using my small transmission jack to support the back end of the drivetrain.  





(this Jeepster won't have a flat skid plate!)

Then I started installation of the SYE and rebuild of the NP241c.  Everything was very clean inside, so I don't expect any problems. (I already purchased a spare NP241c a few months ago - just in case I find any issues!) 





The magnet was very clean - I think the case was opened up and rebuilt recently.


Next Steps...Finish SYE, clean/prep/paint the NP241c.  Then move back onto the grill, radiator and AC condenser:
